Overview

Criminal Justice Agencies across the United States access various Law Enforcement Only Databases millions of times a day. 

Well over Ninety-Nine percent of these transactions are both effective and proper. However, in some cases, their use of the system(s) may not have been the most effective and as result caused harm. Or their use of the system(s) was not proper under Federal Law/Policy, State Law/Policy, or local agency policy. The Carlile Consulting Group (CCG) is a uniquely qualified consulting, expert witness, and training practice specializing in these areas. We are available to assist in both Criminal and Civil Cases as well has other ventures where our expertise may be valuable to the stakeholder(s).

With respect to Criminal and Civil Litigation we are happy to provide a free telephone or zoom overview consultation on the merits of your specific case. Once a retention agreement is signed, we will provide the following consulting/expert witness services:

1.     Guide you in determining what document(s) will be needed for us to perform a formal review in your case.

a.     Identify who is the holder of these document(s) and suggest what may be the best avenue to legally secure them.

2.     Once secured review these document(s) completely as they pertain to your case.

3.     Orally review with you the results of the document(s) assessment/analysis.

4.     After the oral review we can continue to provide consultation services as needed or at your request, OR

a. Write an expert witness report which will state the facts of the case referencing the applicable law or policy(s)

b.     Be available to present these findings during a deposition.

c.     Provide oral testimony in a court or other non-judicial hearing.
