Summary of Experience


Forty-five years’ experience in the law enforcement field. The last twenty-three, devoted to researching, studying, and teaching all facets of the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and Interstate Identification Index (III) while working for the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The last 10 years leading the FBI’s NCIC/III Training Program. Continuous certification to use both NCIC and III dating back 1979 when first certified as a terminal operator by the State of Illinois. Served four years as an NCIC/III Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) in a local law enforcement agency.
